Seeds e-Publishing House Inc. administers its e-Learning website to ensure optimal performance, manage user accounts, safeguards user privacy and data for our users. For the purpose of this policy, the term “you” and “users” refer to all guests or visitors to the website seedshouse.org and users of the Services, irrespective of how you access or use them. At whatever time you give such information, we actively seek to protect your information in accordance with governing applicable laws concerning the privacy rights of personal information, including the Data Protection Act 2018.

SeedsHouse offers services by an internet based learning environment linking end-user devices via our website to make interactions convenient and cost-effective. By logging on to our services or getting into our websites, you unequivocally consent to our collection, use, disclosure, and retention of your personal information as detailed in this Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the accuracy, integrity, and/or legality of the content uploaded to our website by users.

In view of that, if a user is age 16 or under, such user is required to seek parental consent before submitting information about yourself to us. We will require parents to take an active role in their children’s use of our website.  We will require parents to advise their children on proper, safe and responsible use of any personal information while logging on to our website. Parent or Guardian will be required to fill Consent Form as part of entry requirements to use our website.

Children without this consent are not allowed to provide us with personal information. If we find out a child under the age of 16 has provided unauthorized personal information online or by e-mail through our services, we will remove this information from our records. Kindly call us immediately through our support services if you are the parent or guardian of a child under aged 16 or under, and you are concerned your child has provided personal information to us without your consent.

This policy does not cover websites owned and operated by third parties which is not managed as official SeedsHouse website, nor external tools not directly administered by SeedsHouse which teachers or instructors including facilitators might access to complement their lessons.

Independent use of any website which is not managed as SeedsHouse official website have their own privacy policies, as well as cookies, and we prompt you to assess them before use. We are not legally obliged or liable for the privacy practices or contents of any third party websites and your use of them is at your own risk. We are not responsible for content linked from our website to external web sites.

This privacy policy covers Web Pages adopted for SeedsHouse official website in Ghana. However, in legal terms, it shall not be construed as a contractual promise, and SeedsHouse reserves the right to amend it at any time without notice. This statement is effective as of January 30, 2023.
